Pay the 50% deposit.
Complete the relevant questionnaire and share materials.
Review drafts and provide consolidated feedback.
Approve the work and pay the remaining balance.
Launch the website or receive final files.
Student packages: Target turnaround is two calendar weeks once the deposit has cleared, all required materials have been received, and scope is confirmed.
Professional projects: Your project timeline is confirmed in your written quote. The remaining 50% payment is due before launch or final file delivery.

What counts toward the 10-item allowance?+
The student website includes up to 10 total projects, images, or videos. We confirm the item count before booking, including additional gallery images or videos.
What is a revision round?+
One revision round is one consolidated list of requested changes within the agreed scope. Small wording adjustments, corrections, and layout refinements can be included. Larger changes may require an add-on quote.
What does the LinkedIn guide include?+
It is a written, step-by-step resource for the student and family to create the student profile themselves.
How does student website hosting work?+
Your website stays in Lumen’s workspace. The first 12 months of managed hosting are included from launch. Hosting renews at $120/year, paid before renewal. Families may use the included website address or connect one family-owned domain at launch.
What does the Portfolio & Resume Consultation include?+
This separately purchased 60-minute consultation provides guidance, feedback, and recommendations for shaping a resume or portfolio around your goals. Resume edits and website changes are priced separately.
Who purchases the student domain?+
The family purchases and renews the domain in their own account. Domain registration and renewal are separate from hosting.
Who approves student work before publication?+
We agree which name, images, school details, and contact information may appear. For students under 18, a parent or guardian gives final publication approval. Separate permission is requested before featuring client work in Lumen’s marketing.
How are professional portfolio details confirmed?+
Professional project scope, deliverables, revision rounds, hosting arrangements, timeline, and ongoing arrangements are confirmed in the written quote.
